Website analytics
After you confirm your age, you can choose whether to allow Google Analytics cookies. If you allow them, Google processes information about public page visits, the referring website, browser and device, and approximate location to help us understand how the website is used. Analytics cookies use identifiers to distinguish visits and visitors. Our analytics cookies last up to six months. Reports cover consenting visitors and may not include every visit.
We do not send your birth date, phone number, request text, or coupon codes to Google Analytics. Owner dashboards are excluded. We remove query strings and fragments from page addresses and send only the referring website’s origin. Advertising personalization, Google signals, and automatic form tracking are disabled.
We save your analytics choice in this browser. Choosing No thanks stops measurement and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. You can change your choice below or through Analytics preferences in the footer. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals by keeping optional analytics off.

What you’re signing up for
The Rancho Park Spirits text program is for adults 21 and older with a US mobile number. Updates may include store events, promotions, and allocation drops. Availability is limited and a notification does not reserve or guarantee a bottle. No purchase is required to sign up.
The signup form saves your consent and age-check result. It does not send a confirmation message or verify ownership of your number. Use only your own US mobile number. Marketing updates begin after the store activates its approved texting service. Existing subscribers without a full birth-date check must complete this form again before receiving updates.
Your consent
I agree to receive recurring marketing texts from Rancho Park Spirits about events, promotions, and allocation drops, including texts sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Delivery of messages is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
What we save and why
We save your mobile number, the wording and date of your consent, the result and time of your full birth-date check confirming you are 21 or older, and your signup status. Your birth date is processed to check your age but is not saved. We also keep message delivery records, replies you send us, and opt-out history. We use this information to manage the list and provide the updates you request. Your number and consent are not displayed publicly.
Authorized store staff and service providers supporting the website and messaging, including Twilio may access this information as needed to operate the program. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing. Hosting services may also process standard technical logs to operate and protect the website.
Opt out, correct your number, or get help
You can withdraw consent or request correction or deletion by calling (818) 923-4180 or visiting Rancho Park Spirits at 10526 W Pico Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90064. When the text program starts, messages will identify Rancho Park Spirits and support STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Until texting is activated, call the store for help. A STOP request prevents future sends, including queued messages that have not yet been handed to the provider. The website form does not automatically restart an opted-out number; contact the store for help rejoining.
We keep signup information while needed to manage the program. If you withdraw consent, we will stop marketing use and may retain a limited record to honor your opt-out and document consent history.
Weekly barrel spin
If you choose to spin, we also save your number, weekly participation, the offer and coupon code, issue and expiration times, redemption status, and the offer terms you accepted. These records enforce the weekly limit and prevent duplicate redemption. Preview spins are separate from live offers and cannot be redeemed. We check whether your number is on the saved signup list; this does not verify that the person entering it owns the number. Use only your own number.
Your number is not placed in page addresses or shown in a public list. Coupon displays use only the final four digits. We temporarily keep a hashed request identifier to limit repeated attempts. Spinning never subscribes or re-subscribes a number. If you withdraw consent, future spins are unavailable while unsubscribed; any previously issued live coupon keeps its original expiration. We retain spin and consent records as needed to operate the offer, address disputes, and honor opt-outs.
